THE DETAILS.
Any of our Wash Passes includes unlimited washes for a single personal use vehicle (identified by license plate number). Cameras at the pay station verify your license plate on each visit. Once you get the Wash Pass, your credit card is charged monthly. The wash pass automatically renews until you cancel the service.
Purchase Dirks Monthly Pass at the pay station at any of our 6 locations (Join membership – Choose the plan – Enter phone number – Purchase). After finishing the payment transaction, the gate will open automatically (cameras scan the license plate). Your wash pass is for your vehicle only – cameras at the pay station verify your license plate on each visit.
You can purchase wash passes for up to 5 personal use vehicles, so everyone in your family can enjoy cruising in a spotless car and all the passes get conveniently billed on one card. Each license plate is a separate pass, billed at full price. To add a vehicle, please text us (412)-676-7776. Remember to provide your full name, phone number (associated with your pass), license plate you want to add and the wash plan. Thank you.
To cancel, please, text (412)-676-7776 with Cancel membership, your full name, phone number (associated with wash pass), license plate. We will cancel the pass for you. Please allow us 24 hours to handle your request and text you back (calling does not speed up the process). Please, note that no refunds or credits will be provided for partial periods. Your membership will stay active through the end of the current period.
